Cherry Rum Mule

About as sunny and refreshing as it gets ☀️☀️☀️

4 Cherries

50ml Spiced rum (ours is newly restocked, juuuust saying)

1/2 a Lime's juice

150ml Ginger beer, to top

Muddled the cherries, rum and lime in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Add ice and stir for a good 30 seconds to chill it all and add a little bit of dilution as the ice melts. Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with ginger beer, perch a cherry on top and drink somewhere sunny

There is plenty of free parking on site, and our distillery shop is open throughout the evening if you'd like to take a bottle home.
