Rum Negroni

AKA, a Kingston Negroni. Made with our barrel aged Spiced rum, this is a beautifully aromatic, smokey, rich version of our favourite aperitivo drink.

25 ml Loveday Spiced Rum

25ml Vermouth Rosso

15ml Campari

Stir everything with ice in a cocktail glass until chilled, strain into a short glass over a large icecube, and garnish with a curl of orange peel

Located just a few minutes from the centre of Falmouth, Loveday Distillery is an independent, hospitality-led distillery where we make all of our award-winning gin and rum from scratch using fresh and foraged botanicals.

Our Friday evening taproom is the perfect place to enjoy gin and tonics, Negronis, seasonal cocktails and pintxos just a few metres from the stills where everything is made.

Whether you're looking for a distillery in Falmouth, a cosy cocktail bar in Cornwall, or simply somewhere warm and welcoming to start the weekend, you'll find candlelight, good company and handcrafted spirits made the long way round.

There is plenty of free parking on site, and our distillery shop is open throughout the evening if you'd like to take a bottle home.
