It creeps back in. Longer evenings. Blossom appearing on hedgerows and in gardens. That shift where you find yourself lingering a little longer outside, glass in hand, rather than heading straight back in.
This is one of those moments we look forward to all year.
And for Spring 2026, we’ve captured it in a single, small-batch distillation led with fresh cherry blossom, and my goodness we are excited to share this with you!
Why Cherry Blossom?
Cherry blossom is one of those fleeting signals of the season. You notice it suddenly, and then it’s gone just as quickly.
It’s delicate, fragrant, and familiar. But when it comes to drinks, it’s often misunderstood.
Most floral spirits lean too far in one direction. Overly perfumed. Soapy. Artificial. They smell promising, but don’t quite deliver in the glass.
We’ve always felt there was something better to be done here.
So we set out to create a cherry blossom gin that feels balanced, grounded, and genuinely enjoyable to drink. Something floral, but not perfumey. Indulgent, but not heavy.
What Does Cherry Blossom Gin Taste Like?
If you were to taste this with your eyes closed, you might not immediately think “floral.”
Instead, you’d notice:
- A silky, creamy mouthfeel
- Soft almond and marzipan notes
- A hint of clotted cream richness
- Gentle blossom lifting everything, rather than overpowering it
It’s naturally sweet without being sugary. Smooth without being heavy.
Built from the Flavour Library
This release is part of our ongoing “100 Bottles a Season” series, where we work with fresh and foraged ingredients at their peak.
To do that properly, we build what we call a flavour library.
Throughout the year, we make small, gentle distillations of botanicals when they’re at their best. These capture delicate, fleeting flavours that would otherwise be lost.
When we revisit them months later, it’s like opening a window back into that season.
Cherry blossom was one of those moments.
Aroma, texture, flavour- all still intact, as if it had been picked that morning. When we opened the cork we knew we we're on to something, and that we needed to swiftly pick more!

Each one is hand-finished at our distillery in Falmouth, Cornwall, and forms part of our seasonal series – small runs that capture a specific moment in time.

Made slowly, in small numbers, with care.
