At loveday, with our creative and cheffing hats on, we’re endlessly inspired by the changing seasons.

The way flavours shift, ingredients peak, and the atmosphere transforms: from crisp spring mornings to late-summer sunsets.

100 Bottles a Season is our way of bottling that. Each edition is distilled in tiny quantities using fresh, seasonal ingredients, foraged locally, and crafted with care to reflect a moment in time.

Every release is completely unique: a one-off flavour, a one- off combination of in-season plants or flowers. Designed to be enjoyed now, not later. Made in just 100 bottles.

We keep things natural: no artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners. Every bottle is finished by hand, with a bespoke lino-print-lead label, presentation tube, and recipes created for that season’s release.

SPRING 2026

Cherry Blossom

Armfuls of freshly picked cherry blossom, carefully distilled into an Old Tom style gin.

Floral, elegant and deliciously almond scented - frangipane and clotted cream in a glass. Spring heaven.

Autumn 2025

Cacao Husk

Our barrel-aged rum, infused with leftover cacao husks from Chocolarder- an award winning bean-to-bar chocolate maker, also in Falmouth.

Rich, smooth and deeply warming, this limited edition was a joy to make (and sip!)

SUMMER 2025

Elderflower

Made with foraged, honey-scented
elderflower and coriander flowers, which bring an unexpected orange peel - freshness.

Delicate, aromatic, and refreshingly dry, it was a celebration of what’s what in bloom around us.

SPRING 2025

Rhubarb & Cardamom

Made with tart English forced rhubarb and aromatic cardamom, this refreshingly bold liqueur was zippy, spiced, and beautifully balanced - spring in a bottle. Naturally made with no artificial ingredients and just enough sweetness to let the flavours shine.
