Sloe 75

A bright, jammy autumn spritz with tart hedgerow fruit, crisp bubbles and a lovely bittersweet finish. Perfect for those last sunny afternoons of the year.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Loveday Sloe & Damson Gin Liqueur
  • 75ml dry Prosecco or Cava
  • 50ml soda water
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • A sprig of rosemary, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Add the sloe gin and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Pour over the Prosecco and top with soda water.
  4. Give everything a gentle stir.
  5. Garnish and sip away

Whether you're looking for a distillery in Falmouth, a cosy cocktail bar in Cornwall, or simply somewhere warm and welcoming to start the weekend, you'll find candlelight, good company and handcrafted spirits made the long way round.

There is plenty of free parking on site, and our distillery shop is open throughout the evening if you'd like to take a bottle home.
