Not My First Sloe-deo

A rather unexpected twist on a Dirty Martini. Tart, jammy sloe and damson meet savoury olive brine. Sweet, salty and wonderfully moreish.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Loveday Sloe & Damson Gin Liqueur
  • 30ml Loveday Kissing Gate Gin
  • 10ml dry vermouth
  • 5ml olive brine
  • Ice
  • A large green olive, to garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a green olive and tuck in

There is plenty of free parking on site, and our distillery shop is open throughout the evening if you'd like to take a bottle home.
