Cacao, Rosemary & Hazelnut Rum- arriving 6pm, Friday the 2nd of October.
Crafted with our own barrel aged rum and infused with cacao husks from local bean-to-bar chocolate makers Chocolarder, toasted hazelnuts, fresh rosemary, and a touch of Cornish sea salt. Just 100 bottles made.
I think it's safe to say we tend to have the same gripes about liqueurs in general:
- Too sweet and syrupy
- Artificial, with fake flavourings
- Made with shortcuts, not real craftsmanship

So we made something different: smooth, rich, bittersweet and balanced. Complex but never cloying, made for firesides, blustery walks, and kitchen-table gatherings. Something made the long way round, hand-finished and designed to be shared with good company.
This is the next in our 100 Bottles a Season series - tiny runs that capture the fleeting character of the moment. Distilled and bottled by hand at our Falmouth distillery, with a flavour that feels thoughtful, elemental, and rooted in place.
Once these 100 bottles are gone, they’re gone for good!
