Organic, Oak-rested Rum

We’ve taken our time slow fermenting organic molasses, double distilling, and resting our rum in ex-bourbon oak barrels. Unique, sustainable and utterly delicious

Our clean, bright flavours all naturally come from fresh and locally gathered botanicals. We don’t use any artifical flavours, additives or sweeteners. We don’t need to- it’s just pared back, beautifully balanced gin in every bottle.

First left after you’ve turned into Tregoniggie Industrial Estate in Falmouth. Park in the little car park behind the Old Foundry coffee hut. We are at the end of the loading ramp that runs along the right of the big building in front of you.

Distillery Taproom Fridays

We're opening the distillery doors every Friday between 5 and 9pm in the warmer months!

Gins & rums from the source, plates of pintxos to share, candlelight and good company galore. No booking needed, just grab your favourite people and while away an evening at ours.

ONLY HUNS - 25th September, 8-11pm

Celebrate the end of Summer with Only Huns at the distillery - there will be all the classic Hun tunes of disco and r&b and Loveday drinks, come for a boogie!
