Ever wondered how two chefs ended up making award-winning gin and organic rum in a Cornish distillery? Let us tell you the full story - drink in hand.

Join Chloe, Daisy (that’s us - Loveday’s founders) for an intimate 90-minute tour of our working distillery in Falmouth. We’ll take you through how we got started during lockdown, how we make our spirits from scratch, and introduce you to Mabel - our beloved still and the heart of the operation.

Sip as you go: we’ll kick things off with a welcome Organic Rum or G&T, then guide you through a generous tasting flight of all our gins and organic rums. Expect flavour, stories, and plenty of time for all your burning questions about distilling, ingredients and how to taste gins and rums like you've been doing it forever

Please note, tickets are non-refundable and 'pick a date later' tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Very occasionally, we might have to cancel or change the date of a tasting up to 24 hours before if, for example, less than 6 people are booked on. In this instance, we'll give you as much notice as possible, and a full refund if the change of plan doesn't work for you.

Every drop is distilled by us at our independent distillery in Falmouth. No shortcuts, just proper, small-batch spirits made with care.

Founded by friends

We started Loveday after years working as chefs, hospitality workers and creatives. Everything we do is rooted in flavour, craft, and a love of bringing people together

Thoughtful by nature

We use sustainable practices and production methods wherever we can and keep things natural — no additives, nothing artificial, no nasties. Just honest spirits, beautifully made.

Located just a few minutes from the centre of Falmouth, Loveday Distillery is an independent, hospitality-led distillery where we make all of our award-winning gin and rum from scratch using fresh and foraged botanicals.

Our Friday evening taproom is the perfect place to enjoy gin and tonics, Negronis, seasonal cocktails and pintxos just a few metres from the stills where everything is made.

Whether you're looking for a distillery in Falmouth, a cosy cocktail bar in Cornwall, or simply somewhere warm and welcoming to start the weekend, you'll find candlelight, good company and handcrafted spirits made the long way round.

There is plenty of free parking on site, and our distillery shop is open throughout the evening if you'd like to take a bottle home.
