Our Organic, oak-rested rum, infused with a handful of carefully selected botanicals including figs that we smoke over oak at the distillery, orange peel and ginger. Beautifully aromatic, with a rounded, subtle sweetness.
Nose: orange, clove
Palate: fig, muscovado
Finish: sweet spice, smoke

Small batch and produced from scratch at our distillery on the Cornish Coast. We slow-ferment organic molasses before distilling and ageing in oak ex-bourbon casks for unique, sustainable and utterly delicious rums. Recyclable packaging and lino print- lead labels with hand finished details complete all our limited-release bottles.
