A different kind of distilling
At Loveday, we make small-batch British rum and gin from our distillery in Falmouth, Cornwall. Everything we produce is built around flavour, hospitality, and the simple idea that a good bottle should bring people together.
Our gins are made with fresh and foraged botanicals, layered carefully to create balance, texture, and character. They’re designed for martinis, long drinks, and easy evenings with friends – not just for collecting dust on a shelf.
Our rum takes a similar approach. Instead of heavy, syrupy, or overly spiced styles, we focus on clarity, dryness, and real ingredients. Think orange peel, fresh ginger, figs, and muscovado – flavours you’d recognise from a kitchen rather than a marketing brief. The result is a British rum that works beautifully in long drinks, over ice, or shared around the table before dinner.
Everything is distilled, blended, bottled, and labelled by hand at our Cornish distillery. No bulk spirit, no shortcuts, and no tired tropes about pirates or “gin o’clock”. Just carefully made spirits, built the long way round.
