Orders & Payment

We accept all major payment methods, including Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices shown include VAT (Value Added Tax).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock availability, or pricing errors. If this happens, we'll get in touch and issue a full refund.

Alcohol & Age Restriction

You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. We may contact you for age verification if needed. Please drink responsibly.

Products

We’re a small-batch distillery, and while we do our best to ensure consistency, slight variations between batches can occur. Product descriptions and images are for guidance only.

Tours, and Event Tickets and Bookings

By booking a Loveday tour, event, or experience, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations: We’re happy to offer a refund if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable. Deposits made for private hires are non-refundable.

  • Over 18s only: All guests must be 18 or over. We may ask for ID on arrival.

  • Behaviour: Please be respectful to our team, fellow guests, and the space. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in a way that’s unsafe or disruptive.

  • Respect the space: Loveday is a working distillery and a shared creative space please treat it with care.

  • No outside alcohol: Only drinks purchased on-site may be consumed during your visit.

  • Deposits & payments: If these terms are broken, we reserve the right to retain some or all of your deposit or ticket price.
