Aged in ex-bourbon oak casks for a minimum of two years. Mellow, rounded and naturally golden.
Nose: bergamot, vanilla. Palate: honeycomb, gingerbread. Finish: toasted pecan, wood smoke

Our organic, oak rested rum, infused with a handful of carefully selected botanicals. Beautifully aromatic, with a rounded, subtle sweetness.
Nose: orange, clove. Palate: fig, muscovado. Finish: sweet spice, wood smoke
