Aromatic, citrussy, bittersweet
25ml Golden Hour Gin
50ml fresh grapefruit juice
50ml Lilet Blanc
12.5ml elderflower liqueur
3 dashes lemon bitters
Shake all the ingredients with ice then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit end enjoy.
