Vibrant, garden party-worthy

Rum, fresh orange juice, orange sacharum, campari

35ml Organic Spiced Rum

70ml freshly squeezed orange juice

15ml orange saccharum

20ml Campari

To make orange the saccharum- peel two large oranges, and combine the peel with 120g of caster sugar, muddle and leave overnight to macerate. Remove the peels and bottle, adding a splash of boiling water to loosen into a thin syrup if needed.

To assemble the cocktail add all ingredients to a shaker and shake thoroughly with ice, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, and garnish with a slice of orange
