REFRESHING - AROMATIC - CITRUS

50ml Loveday Golden Hour Gin

25ml lemon juice

25ml cardamom syrup (bubble 100g of sugar with 75ml of water, 5 cardamom pod and a pinch of sea salt. Cool and strain)

Soda water to top

Garnish: lemon slices and a couple of cardamom pods

Stir into a tall glass over ice and finish with soda water and garnishes.
