Grapefruit Gimlet
50ml Loveday Golden Hour Gin
50ml grapefruit juice
25ml simple syrup
Garnish: a sprig of rosemary and a sliver of grapefruit
Shake with ice and strain into a short glass with ice and top with your garnishes
