Made for sunny early evenings

50ml Loveday Organic Gold Rum

50ml Quality dry apple juice

15ml Honey syrup

50ml Soda water

Garnish: a slice of fresh apple and a spring of thyme

Stir the first three ingredients into a long glass, top with soda and go to town with your garnishes.
