Smokey Watermelon Margherita

Our take on a favourite classic!

50ml Loveday Islay barrel aged gin

A palm sized slice of watermelon

25ml fresh lime juice

25ml agave syrup

4 mint leaves

Muddle the watermelon and mint in a shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake hard with ice and double strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and pretend you’re in the Caribbean while you sip
