Nasturtium White Negroni
Herbaceous, peppery-green and unexpected!
40ml Glas House Gin
40ml Lilet Blanc
20ml Suze liqueur
3 nasturtium flowers plus 1 to garnish
Muddle the nasturtium in a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients, with ice and stir well. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with the remaining flower.
