75ml Glas House Gin

20ml White Vermouth

A sprig each of rosemary and thyme

Muddle the herbs in a shaker to release the oils, add the Glas House Gin and Vermouth and plenty of ice. Shake and strain into a small chilled glass. Garnish with a herb sprig
