Rum Velvet

Smooth - decadent - salty/sweet

50ml Loveday Organic Spiced Rum

25ml Coffee liqueur

50ml Double cream

1/2 an egg

A dash of maple syrup (& more to taste if desired)

A small pinch of flaky smoked sea salt

Garnish: A pinch of flaky smoked sea salt

Shake with ice until chilled, then dry shake until frothy. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish.
