60ml Loveday Organic Spiced Rum
30ml Ooroso sherry
10ml Gran Classico bitter liqueur
1 tsp Rosemary syrup (bubble 100g of sugar with 75ml of
water & 2 sprigs of rosemary. Cool and strain)
Garnish: A sprig of rosemary
Stir with ice in a large glass until chilled, strain into a glass with more ice and top with the sprig of rosemary.
