Tropical, joyful, retro vibes
35ml Spiced rum
75ml Pineapple juice
15ml Aperol
1 halved passionfruit, seeds scooped out and the half to garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with more ice. Garnish with half a passionfruit.
