Spiders from Mars would approve

50ml Loveday Organic Spiced Rum

10ml Fig syrup (simmer 50ml water, 50g demerara

sugar & 5 chopped dried figs. Cool and strain)

A dash of walnut bitters

Garnish: A fig leaf if you happen to have a fig tree handy. Stir with ice until chilled then strain into a short glass with ice and garnish.
