Summery - refreshing - deliciously retro

Stir with ice until chilled:
35ml Golden Hour gin
25ml Aperol
25ml Grenadine
Soda water to top

Just build into a short, ice-filled glass and stir ☀️

Garnish with:
A wheel of orange and a large green olive threaded onto a cocktail stick
