Cucumber & Lime Sour
Short, sharp and refreshing
12.5ml Elderflower liqueur
25ml Lime juice
12.5ml Simple syrup
1 egg white
An inch and a half of cucumber, cut into rough chunks
Muddle the cucumber, simple syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker, add elderflower liqueur, Kissing Gate and egg white. Dry shake for 15 seconds then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cucumber ribbon laced onto a cocktail skewer.
