Sales Rep Opportunity

Who are we looking for? 

We’re looking for someone with high energy and motivation to take on this key role of  developing new and existing business from April 2025. Creativity and enthusiasm are just as important as experience in drinks-specific sales experience.

An optimistic self-starter who has plenty of ambition, the perfect fit will be comfortable developing and working to activity and numbers-based targets and inventive in their approach to tasks.

We need someone with a genuine, can-do approach who really believes in what we are trying to achieve, who loves our products and is a Loveday ambassador, through and through. The right candidate would enjoy being part of an exciting, growing company and a friendly, female-lead team.

Key responsibilities 

- Building strong relationships with our existing customers to increase retention and deliver excellent customer service.

-  Delivering sales growth by building a stockist network, and identifying new sales opportunities.

- Working alongside us in planning our sales strategy.

- Managing existing sales accounts and developing new business by proactively  identifying and securing customers.

- Managing lead generation and using CRM software. 

- Taking part in tradeshows, tastings, account training and in-house events.

You will be / be able to / have

- At least a year’s experience working in B2B drinks sales.

- Highly organised, efficient and adaptable.

- A natural networker- confident, warm, good-humoured and trustworthy.

- Informal but 100% professional.

- A quick thinker and a brilliant problem-solver with great administrative and communication skills. 

 

About the role 

Full-time hours: Monday-Friday 9-5, with occasional flexibility for customer and company needs. Part time hours considered for the right candidate.

Location: Cornwall 

Salary: from 30k DOE plus bonus/perk package. For applicants without B2B sales experience, salary to be discussed.

Holiday: 28 days

Expected start date: April/May 2025

Clean UK driving license and your own car are essential
