Short - Sweet - Citrus

50ml Loveday Falmouth Dry Gin

25ml lemon juice

10ml Orange juice

2tsp Honey

Garnish: A wedge of lemon and a sprig of thyme

Just shake everything with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
