50ml Loveday Kissing Gate Gin

1 Inch peeled & cubed cucumber

25ml Elderflower liqueur

25ml Apple juice

Garnish: Cucumber and apple slices

Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a shaker. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and apple juice and shake with ice. Strain into a long glass with plenty of ice and add your garnishes.
