Dirty Martini on Ice

A classic and one of our absolute favourites. Savoury, rich and highly sippable. So, so good made with our Glas House Gin: distilled with rosemary, lemon thyme and nasturtiums. Keep in the freezer and enjoy an icy cold, silky Martini with just about zero effort when one takes your fancy. This make-ahead recipe creates a shade over 9 cocktail servings. Perfect for a party!

500ml Loveday Glas House Gin

100ml Dry Vermouth (we love Knightor’s)

100ml Olive Brine

Combine all the ingredients in a 700ml bottle (an empty Loveday gin one does the trick perfectly) and keep in the freezer for up to a month. pour 75ml measures into martini glasses and garnish with olives threaded onto skewers.
