Aromatic, bittersweet, warming, and one of our utter all time favourites! There’s almost always this, or a version of, on the menu at our distillery events. The best part? It can be pre-made, in a bottles batch, and kept in the fridge for three months.

30ml Loveday Barrel Aged Golden Hour Gin

30ml Red Vermouth, we love Knightor’s Rose.

15ml Campari

To Garnish: A curl of orange or grapefruit peel

Stir all your ingredients with ice, until the side of the vessel feels chilly to the touch. Pour into a short glass with ice, twist over your citrus peel, and enjoy
