Production Assistant
We’re looking for someone with high energy and motivation to take on this key production role in an exciting, growing company with a friendly female-lead team. Enthusiasm and not minding getting your hands dirty or being on your feet most of the day are more important than alcohol production experience in this varied role.
The perfect fit will be happy taking part in most stages of the production process: from distilling to bottling and labelling. They will be comfortable developing and working to systems, recipes and targets to keep our organic rums and gins consistent and stocked.
The right candidate might well have experience in hospitality, coffee roasting, packaging and fulfilment, kitchen prep, or other roles where mastering a task, carrying it out quickly and continually finding ways to make workflows smoother is an integral part of the job.
This is a great opportunity for someone with little to no alcohol production experience to learn a new industry, or for someone to progress their career in a new direction
