Hello 2024

First couple of days back in the distillery, easing ourselves in with coffees at favourite cafes, and we’re feeling quietly excited. Spending this grey month plotting and planning, thinking about the newness of the year and what we can do do with it. In the distillery the shelves up again after a busy old Christmas, bottling, labelling, sorting, re-ordering, tea drinking, organising, (all the ings). Orders are heading out the door and, judging on the handwritten notes they have with them, there seems to be a huge amount of January birthdays!
